First is my favorite. I like how the absurd silliness has this pretty high level of brutality. From characters getting blown up or stabbed every other minigame(though that's in every game) to how you lose coins when losing a minigame sometimes, to even physically harming the people playing by blistering their hands. It contrasts the lightheartedness and silly personality of the game and just becomes a riot.

2 was always my favorite because of the outfits

5, because you can use items on the ground and anyone landing on them gets their effects.
Additionally, that "lol last 5 turns" thing had a chance of putting an effect on every valid space on the board, which is very fun.

Or DS, because the mobile format actually made it worth while to play solo, and the act of "everyone having their own screens" means that stealth can be a thing in the minigames.
Also, that Donkey Kong level + Stars For 5 Coins event.

4 was always my favorite, but probably because I started with it. Items were enjoyable
