EVE community servers were pretty anti-PC and based until they updated the EULA. Now it's only used as a free ping service by most while they use teamspeak and forums to shitpost and call eachother niggers and fags.

Discord servers seem to be best when it's just you and a small group of pals. Have yet to find a good public/populated discord.

Discord in general but 99% of eve alliances are built on in game defamation, libel, ridicule, mocking, stalking, threatening, harrassment, intimidation, and abuse. Almost every alliance had a porn channel too but most of the ones I am on have had to remove them.
