I played MGR and it was indeed hot garbage. I was not at all surprised by the low quality of TMNT or Korra since MGR had already shown me exactly what to expect, a gutted two-button Bayonetta clone with poorly thought out gimmicks and a combat system where mashing makes you unkillable and all the cool moves are button prompts.
