Blackcats is a good tracker where it's braindead easy to keep a good standing. Plus one private tricker makes it easier to get into other sekrit club trackers. I agree there are many trackers where it's more of a chore to be a part of but a decent number of good ones exist.

Unfortunately they don't seem to work with torrents, only with direct download, and it is kinda slow. But you might want to check it out.
That's where I get all of my subnautca updates. They post them quite regurlaly.
There's also gamestorrent.co
They don't have a very big list of games, but hey, they might have what you are looking for.

The absolute best way to get games is through a private tracker, tho.
Buy a good seedbox, check out /ptg/ on Cred Forums and they can help you start it.
