Well, you posted it.
titanfall
counter strike
Goldeneye Source
nightmare house 1/2
zombie panick source
Paranoia felt like a huge graphical achievement for me at the time as it uses the GoldSrc engine. The game itself is pretty solid too.
>ZPS
>fun
game is dead for a reason user
>be survivor
>barricade yourself
>win
that's it. The survivors have to be complete retards to lose in this game.
UNDERHELL
PLAY UNDERHELL NOW
anyone remember zombiemaster?
Also DayHard for Half Life 2 was really fun and interesting. You play as Gordon Freeman's Italian brother who's next door neighbor is Jack Carver from Far Cry. George W. Bush puts a retextured Dr. Breen into power who then immediately starts a violent takeover of the entire world.

Oh yeah. That mod was great!
Minerva: Metastasis is amazing, but it's less of a mod and more of a custom level using existing sprites and shit. The level design is pretty genius. So much so that the guy who made it got hired at Valve
It's also available via steam so you don't have to fuck with folders and copy/pasting shit.
did they release the next chapter yet?
Its like going through fucking withdrawl, the prison segment was a fucking MASTERPIECE.
FULLY
Minerva: Metastasis is pretty kickass. It's less a mod and more a custom level with excellent design. It was so good the creator got a job at Valve
Also it's on steam for free, so it's easy to get a hold of
Shit I'm too drunk and replied twice
Singleplayer story mods?
Cry of Fear is the obvious one
USS Darkstar. It's really good, although a bit short.
Focalpoint and Poke646 are also great.
Just go on runthinkshootlive.com - there's a surplus of quality GoldSrc and Source mods.
;_;
Feels like there aren't as many total conversions made anymore.
kill yourself
>Cry of Fear is the obvious one
From a technical standpoint maybe.
Probably because there's significantly less "barrier" to getting a job in video game development in modern times.
Damn, it died officialy a long time ago, but last time I checked some servers were alive
this
>download Underhell thinking it's gonna be some average zombie mod
>turns out to be a Resident Evil / MGS mashup longer than many full games
>AOM
>Good or fun
Pick one and then murder-suicide yourself.
Closest thing we got to a successor for this was Blacklight Retribution and that was, well...
Absolute Redemption
Afraid of Monsters: Director's Cut
Cry of Fear
Resident Evil : Cold Blood
Brutal Half-Life
Counter-Strike 1.5, 1.6
Half-Life
Half-Life: Before
Half-Life: Black Ops
Half-Life: Blue Shift
Half-Life: Decay
Half-Life: Opposing Force
Half-Life: Source
Natural Selection
Sven Co-op
Team Fortress Classic
The Specialists
They Hunger
Vampire Slayer
MINIMICUS
There's something about GolsSrc.
>Half-Life: Source
>There's something about GolsSrc.
You're a fucking idiot.
Half Life 2 Substance was great too. The HEV suit has different modes that are modeled after the various snakes and have different special abilities. It's the Half Life 2 base game but it's got vr missions that are shorter original mini campaigns.
>Half-Life: Before
Kill yourself
There was The Hidden. Wiping out the whole opposing team felt amazing.
Most of those are Valve releases or hugely popular mods that are on Steam.
At least post something that's great, has the goldsrc feel and isn't a fucking Counter Strike and/or Double Action Boogaloo type of mod.
Afraid of Monsters, comrades.
Yeah, but it's still feels like the GoldSrc, as far as I remember.
The Hidden is a great mod that could be made into a streamer-bait game like Evolve or Dead By Daylight and gain massive popularity
I can't remember if Sweet Half-Life was good, but I do remember it had incongruous anime posters.
No it doesn't, it feels like a source game. Because it's a source game.
What do you recommend? I would like to add it to my list.
From Earth was an interesting Half Life 2 total conversion mod. You crash into an alien planet and have to find a way out. You learn the local customs and language by doing sign language at the locals and learning syllables to form words and sentences. There's also combat in the game to some extent but the last time I saw it live it was about puzzles and avoiding conflict. It's on Steam now.
>Oh man, dat jumping down from the rafters and gutting the squad one by one.
Dick was DIAMONDS.
Is it that bad?
I didn't play it. But yet, I've added it to my list, for some reason.
It is fucking atrocious and 10 minutes long.
