A skeleton is better than a fatass in my book anyday, mostly because it takes dedication and discipline to starve yourself to such a degree, instead of just stuffing junk food down your mouth endlessly. Although I don't know what is her case, maybe she has a condition that messes with nutrient absorption too.

Anorexics tend to have a problem either with obsessive body image disorder, or the receptors in their brain that send hunger signals just don't work right, so they never feel hunger. In her case though it's body image because she has a weird ass obsession with skeletons and Tim Burton type imagery.

I used to be a skeleton but once I started training for a marathon my appetite is literally uncontrollable since I burn so many calories and ironically I've ended up gaining weight. (It's mostly turned into leg muscle but still) Will probably go full skeltal this winter after my race.
