How often does any developer actually come out and say that their PC version of their game is going to be factually 10x better than the console version? There's always normal marketing speech but the way they word it makes it sound like they mean it as opposed to the way PC ports of many other games are advertised.

From what I understand PC version of XV is the base game + all the patches + the content of season pass 1 (the 3 DLCs for the bros and the multiplayer)
