It's not like any of those games have anything much unique. They're just rock damn solid on their basics.

It has more text content than most triple-A RPGs, most of it without any context. Rogue was a good translator (and everyone who's worked with him has spoken highly of his technical ability), but Dargoth is an absolute madman.

None in the main series from what I remember, although quite a few monster would jam tentacles where the sun don't shine.
For a futa monstergirl fix, you'd be better off looking at Violated Hero. At least the first three were translated by the guy doing the MGQ Paradox games. Usually there was one (hidden) futa per game. The second had the best one imo.
