On Windows MPC is clearly superior against MPV.
If you watch Animes at 720p,you can easily use implemented meme filter.
Animes at 480p easiely upscale with madVR

Vlc when the source is streaming and need to watch it on my tv screen or the kids want to watch a movie while I'm doing something on the computer
