Android too had it since N or something... And N is still not released (i'm not sure) while iOS 10 is. Androidcucks blown de fug oud

i've been on official N since late august so fuck off

There have been custom apps for this and pretty much anything someone wants. iPhones don't even have any apps other than muh social apps :^)

some people in apple headquarters used iOS 10 since 2015 probably

cyanogenmod had this for quite sometime.

>what is Upscale package from Cydia
meanwhile androidcucks are still not enlightened by debian packages

same goes for interns at google and android n

CM had it built-in for at least 3 years and you could change it manually in build.prop since the very first version of Android.

So could you on iOS, probably before Android was even released.

it's been in build.prop since i don't even remember, the beginning?

all people know that Apple is shit and yet they keep buying its products because they want to prove to everyone else that they can afford buying twice the price of the same device.

>trying to bait this hard

kek

> iPhone gets "DPI"
> Nobody really gives a shit one way or the other

Fixed.

Are you talking about the text scaling, or the display zoom setting?

iOS has scaled for different sized displays for years now, the interface itself is usually rendered at 2x the display resolution too.

UI scale had been in iOS before Android even existed.

Can't find this setting. Where is it

that's text scaling which Android has had for fucking ever too, it's a completely different thing though.

> Custom Android ROMs have had it forever
ftfy

stock android still doesn't have a reboot option kek

iPhone 6 Plus was released in 2014.
iPhone Plus models internally render at 1242x2208 and scale that down to their 1080x1920 display.

Ok thanks

Cool where can I change it?

>iPhone gets dpi scaling
Fucking source?

>> Everyone goes batshit mad
Name one. Apart from yourself, of course.

No you couldn't.

I've been using this on muh custom ROMs since Kitkat. Suck my dick iNigger.

Incorrect. Upscale didn't come around since iOS 7 in Cydia. Even editing files yourself, nothing would work at the wrong resolution. Fuck off tard.

Android had it since L you retard. If you didn't then your manufacturer skin removed it for some reason.

Wrong. Android never had the option till N.
Before that you had to modify it rooting your phone

This.

Wait, you mean with android I dont have to use the rom that i'm given by the carrier I bought the phone from?

android has had this for like a week, on one phone

let me know when the other 99% of androids let you do this this without root

No, you have to use the shitty rom you're forced to

Unless you paid full price for an unlocked phone

AND it has the boot loader unlocked

AND there's a working root for it

AND you don't mind the shitty rom support

AND you don't mind voiding your warranty

So yeah, aside from all that, you're totally free bro

wtf im switching to android

Or you just get N

okay so get the phone that doesn't exist yet

and then just pay $700 for the "pixel" when it comes out

sweet plan my man

5x and 6p both support N, as does the nexus 6 iirc.

Some LG and Xperia phones run it

Yeah but android is buggy poo in loo trash

any idea if g3 does?

HAHAHAHA

>droidtards run sketchy unvarified software from Rajeesh
>WEVE HAD IT FOREVER!

You can't make this shit up lads

>Android too had it since N

>trying to make a name for yourself by acting retarded
Here's your (You)

that's a custom tweak, same is available on ios

Yeah, custom ROMs have had it for a while. It took Google 7 versions of Android to officially support it. Android 7 still lacks a reboot button, notifications for how many devices are connected to my hotspot, Google botnet options are turned on by default (Google keyboard it's basically a keylogger, 'Ok Google' is always listening).

Android is not worth it without a custom ROM.

On a whooping number of 2 (two) devices?

No, it's hidden functionality, not 'tweak'.
