Clover corrupted my /storage/emulated directory

>check directory in file explorer, nothing
>use stock file explorer, nothing
>realize just what happened

At least it was just the root directory and not the entirety of /storage/emulated, so I can move my files onto my micro SD but I'll have to wipe my device to try to fix it.
Pic unrelated, since I have only album covers on my micro SD because I mainly dump music on it.
