>What is the best power socket
Shucko
>why is it Shucko?
Because it's strong, reliable, secure, grounded and 2-way orientable.

Dis

That's an interesting way to misspell BS 1363

>20x20 cm, 800 g power sockets.

No thank you.

The best socket is the one that works where you live.
The second best is the denmark one with the smiley face

They turn weak boys into men. Maybe you wouldn't have such a country of limp-wristed faggots if they had to lift a BS 1363 to power their apple gay-porn downloading device

Shucko hands down
It's the external surface is flat and doesn't offer support for the plug itself making it more fragile.

I say it again no support for plug.
>Inb4FuseOnPlugMeme
90% of the plugs of most shit you buy don't even come with a fuse or let you replace the fuse so it's fucked

ITT: yurofags desperately trying to pretend their industrial designs aren't soviet-tier

>Says the american with the same problem has the both the UK and Danish plugs

The T-34 was the best tank of the war

The one supposedly redeeming feature, its built in fuse, is completely superfluous in even semi-modern nations. It served its purpose but nowadays it would only be able to compete in Africa-tier countries.

I beg to disagree the tiger and panther where better.

Because it has German heritage. Superiority is its birthright.

>mfw a brit near me has to build a new wall to add an additional socket in his home

The ONLY thing the T-34 had going for it was its ability to be mass produced and quickly brought into service. EVERYTHING else about it was shit.

The later model PzKpfw IV and M4 was superior in virtually every regard.

Clearly they weren't. Least not in russia.
They might have been better technically, but the t-34 was more reliable, more durable, as well as being a simple easy to manufacture design that was easy to maintain in the field.
It also had pretty thick armor and a decent gun.

>What is the best power socket and why is it the one I am used to?
Also, isn't it called Schuko?

Actually it's going to see a resurgence in usefulness as the quality of electronics plummets as it's all chink shit now.

Prove me wrong

>protip: you can't

Russia had more tanks and rocket launchers by the time they attacked they where drowing out a already FUBAR'ed tank force that was under the orders of hittler if he hadn't taken personal charge of the forces it would have ended very differently.

As for the allies side most of the tanks where already fighting on the soviet side at most you had a shiton of SPG's and a few support tanks on the allies side of the war.

Thats a car plug it's totally different.
Those plugs aren't even standard anywhere.

Says the guy whose backwards-ass
burger sockets regularly kill people.

Out of all the countries in the world, the one most similar to Russia and its Eastern Euro backwater is the USA by far. It's a miracle socialism hasn't eaten you whole yet. But I trust Mrs President will be more than willing to grant us Superieuros the last laugh.

I'm european dingus.

>car plug
>not standard

wew lad

>a decent gun
The 76mm is anything but a decent gun.

>pretty thick armor
45mm is not "pretty thick" armor. A Pak 43 could easily penetrate it from up to 3.5km away.

The only reason the T-34 "won" is because there were more of them.

Quoted the wrong post. Blame the smartphonene, another shoehorned US "innovation" that fucked up a perfectly nice market.

britbongs arent even in eu, they wanted out.

So long, and thanks for all the fish.

>2-way orientable.

That's just a consequence of your retarded ancestors using center tap split phase for residential power distribution.

Which is also why your light bulbs have always needed shitty bayonet connectors and why all your appliance switches need to be double pole.

Physical features lite recessed sockets etc. are good, but unpolarized is a mixed bag at best compared to polarized.

>we voted out so now we're instantly not in the EU anymore
that's not how it work

remember to keep that trip so we can filter you more easily

We never wanted you has-beens in the first place.

It isn't

best plug, shielded contacts, and can't be used without an earth pin, even if it's a plastic pin and master race fuses

you got any more pixels so it can be read.

>UK
>soviet

American education.

fuck off, EU is the best thing for the UK, if the UK still had the empire then it could survive, but as it's lost the empire it's nothing more than a banking hub.

Couldn't find it.
Anyways what I ment to show was the Common connector types.
And then I realized that was a bloody fucking Lighter Plug on a car and not an electrical input Plug.

And because they worked in harsh conditions.
They were rugged.

it's called Schuko from Schutzkontakt
meaning safe contact/safe connector

>Soviet
>Soviet-Tier
2 different things

Also if you're not using Shucko or NEMA 15 you're fucking wrong.

And there was more of them because they were easy to manufacture and maintain.

Germans made their tanks overly complex and suffered from it with long manufacturing times and unreliable operation.

Yeah, but EU doesn't need entitled britbongs, in fact we're probably better off without those whiney cunts. Just give us Ireland and Scotland and piss off.

master race reporting in

they're still in europe, and as such yuropoors. Even if they left the EU. faggot.

>or as I've recently taken to calling them, britbongs plus yuropoors

IEC 60320 master race

>postulating an initial open ended question then changing the question to one that seeks validation for your own opinionated answer to the initial question disregarding that the initial question is open ended and has no definitive correct answer

>soviet tier engineering
>bad
They made the best rifle in the world.
Made the most reliable rockets and sent a man to the space. Made the first nuclear power station and mayn more things.

>its ability to be mass produced and quickly brought into service
so the thing that matters?

Also both Panzer 4 nd M4 was subpar compared to T-34s of the same years.

I mostly agree, although it's worth mentioning that the Chernobyl reactor that went boom was Russian-made too.

It was maintained by ukrainians. Imagine if mexicans maintained US nuclear plants.

Ireland isn't part of the UK you ignorant cunt

t. triggered irishmane

British

>britplug
>the only plug where you can put your polarized plug upside down on a powerstrip
it's shit

So it's non polarized? Sounds fucking retarded.

I prefer C20/19, but you are onto something.

what even is polarized power plug and how it benefits me
t. europlug user that has plugged appliances in countries with not reversible power sockets via dumb adapter.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cigarette_lighter_receptacle
>The cigarette lighter receptacle (also called a cigar lighter receptacle or cigar lighter socket) in an automobile was initially designed to power an electrically heated cigarette lighter, but became a de facto standard DC connector to supply electrical power for portable accessories used in or near an automobile.

>EU is best at something again

color me surprised

>not simply tying your wires together with your bare hands
come on, yuro wall socket 230v is not even that painful. it's like gentle massage, except not gentle and not massaging

IEC309 is the best, it have variants for several kinds of voltages and phases.

It does not have specified voltage designation though. The same plug/socket is used on both 110v and 230v lines.
