B-b-but why is SJWzilla dying?

How the fuck do retards get this wrong so often?

It isn't that fucking hard

well, as you can see, they are trying to protect me... so it says...

OP here:
Yeah the Addons site is also broken.
It's a rather fresh deploy of Server 2012, updated, NTP is working, good time zone.

Of course Chrome and all the 99 other programs are working. Except Firefox.

So basically...
support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

I am supposed to TURN OFF my anti-virus to use Firefox. But Vivaldi, Chrome and the rest does not need this.

And the "freedom browser" telling me to browse without an anti virus? Wow.

ok I give up, fuck firefox.
tried everything to import the cert, it just won't recognize it. does not matter if I add it in the browser or in Windows either.

(as I said, IE/Chrome works fine with Avast cert)

> inb4 avast sucks
It provides free business AV with no fuss.

> inb4 turn off https scanning
Good thing all sites have now HTTPS even malware ones so it's kinda useless to have HTTP scan only.

> Pale Moon
It would work.
But thanks to the retarded version number (26?), no addon can be installed for it. Only a few.

> Waterfox
The fork made by a kid.
It feels like one for sure, it's all meme magic.
Of course it's also bugged.

> Cyberfox
THIS SHIT?
IT FUCKING WORKS.

So officially, Cyberfox is the new Firefox.

>cyberfox
>links to google-analytics
dropped

>He's so retarded he needs a program to tell him not to download an obvious virus.

Enjoy being MITM'd.
That's because those use the OS certs including the MITM cert.

Meh, Friedfox is full of analytics, it tracks your fucking ass from the moment of install.

> downloading obvious virus
Why would you do that?
AV is used to detect new threats using heuristics and the sandbox.

The AV checks for invalid cert, if you come up with a shit cert online, Chrome still shows the invalid screen / warns you.

I keep getting this shit all the time what do I do?

If change browsers give me one I can use that's not chrome I can out ad blockers and runs on Windows 7

Is it impossible to find one like this?

Cyberfox as I mentioned works, and it looks like an updated alternative.
I found a thread on Mozilla forums saying "add cert", "reboot". I did both, but nothing happened.

Maybe there is a way to fix it, I don't know, FF is a huge mess.

Delete your shitty antivirus

>The AV checks for invalid cert
Except they have screwed it up before, see

>It provides free business AV with no fuss.
>no fuss
from the content of this thread it appears this is empirically not true

The analytics built into firefox can be turned off, I think it even pompts you to turn them off at install.

My only antivirus is malware bytes that installed years ago

Is this the problem? How?

see pic

> works with 900 browsers
> only ff is broken that has 4% marketshare
well, which one is the shit then?

no, by default its on, but it shows a small bar at bottom once that they monitor you. good job!

When installing or updating avast, it suggests to Install Chrome.

Now I wonder why it could possibly cause issues with Firefox installs.

Pretty sure most Mozilla brand loyalists stick with FF forks these days. I really have no idea what sort of useless or arbitrary features keep creeping into the main branch since I use Pale Moon, and it evidently doesn't have any of those features.

I would nonetheless have to encourage Firefox to continue being developed since its respective forks depend on it.

>SJWzilla

Pick one and stay there.

>But thanks to the retarded version number (26?), no addon can be installed for it. Only a few.

PM's extension compatibility really isn't that bad. At least a third of the extensions I've wanted to install were compatible with the latest version, and most others can be installed if you don't mind going just a few versions back. (most updates just being GUI fixes or something otherwise non-crucial) The PM site also hosts a few extensions ported for compatibility with PM.

I think if you install Firefox before Avast, it can install the cert into FF cert store.

Now why the fuck does Firefox even have it's own cert storage? That's beyond me. Feels like systemd to me.

> Pale Moon
> using furrymoon

>>> /furaffinity/
Pick one and stay there.

DownThemAll was my second installation.
It was missing from PM's store, and the Firefox one didn't install because the version number is too low.

I think PM should have a subversion number instead of messing up the main one.
Or whatever.
But modifying the main version? That's just dumb.

Silly you. Furries have populated so send them there.

>Feels like systemd to me.
Thanks for making it clear you're just a memer with no real knowledge.

Have you tried using Common Sense Home 2015?

> integrate everything, even unneeded parts
yepp, sounds like systemd to me.

> "I am good with computers"
> "but I don't use an anti-virus"

If you could just "hear" how stupid you sound.

Not him but I haven't used an antivirus other than that microsoft crap that comes with 8.1 and 10 since 2009 and I haven't got into trouble that wasn't related to shitty hardware. Being careful about the shit you download helps quite a bit.

solid. You've earned a

>having an antivirus that messes with your internet connections
Fucking retard.

Why do you have alt held down?
