Being not shit isn't the same as being good, or more accurately, better than the competition.
Edge/explorer/whatever they call it next isn't going to be better than the other major players until it offers a better overall experience, which it won't. I would rather have slightly less batter life and load pages ever so slightly more slowly if it means having all the other advantages a better browser has.
