Is there even that much of a difference in power draw between a 470 and 480? I guess that makes sense. Still, you can get a 700W PSU for pretty cheap. What were you using before? All of the current gen cards have WAY lower power draw than anything previous.

It can, I get solid 60 in overwatch, just in more demanding games like arma 3 and fallout 4 it fluctuates, mostly sits at 40-50 but sometimes in really demanding moments it will drop to 30, it is distracting, I'd rather a solid 60, dumbass thing is my screen is freesync, because i had a 390x before I cooked it, I was thinking of going 2x fury but no where stocks them and the 1070 had just come out
