This. Any tablet would be fine for sites like xhamster, I use my iPad all the time to fap to porn videos and hentai manga but flash requires something like Windows or Linux for the OS.

Little confused though, why play flash games? Those are old as shit now, besides those 10/10 Zone flashes.

Most tablets can't run flash nor are particularly cheap, best option is to go with microsoft ones since they run almost the full os and should be able to run flash. Better just get a netbook

Maybe a windows tablet is something for you OP? Something with an Atom or Core m. You can get a Xiaomi mipad 2 with atom and windows 10 for as little 250 dollar. And you can install desktop apps to so flash and any browser you like.
