Solid explorer senpai

that.

Amaze

I'm surprised people are still asking.
It's been a botnet for at least a year.

Almost two years, actually.

ES file Explorer with xPrivacy, AppOpsXposed and AFwall+ to stop "botnet". Or whatever you're already using.
>not rooted
ES file Explorer, deny it Internet access. If you want to share files over direct wifi using it just enable lan connections.
There's literally no point in not using it since you can easily remove it's permission to access Internet.

MiXplorer is actually really good. The dev hasn't shelled out the dough to put it on Google Play yet though, so you gotta go to xda

trips of truth

this fag knows how to handle security on Android.

I use FX file explorer.

just download the pro version apk

>deny it Internet access. If you want to share files over direct wifi using it just enable lan connections.
How?
Please teach me senpai?

Ya, I tried Amaze and Solid Explorer, and they're shite in comparison to ESbotmyballs.

I bought ES Pro. The pro version doesn't have all of the nagware, but most likely still has the bot bullshit, so I guess I should just adjust the permissions to restrict it's spying.

Total Commander.

/thread

I've been using a version that has the older icon for years now

me, it's so complete!

>not using solid explorer
>not using total commander if you are a poorfag

I've been using total commander for 7 years or so

Use the older versions from apkmirror or somewhere.

Ghost commander

>apkmirror
Didn't Cred Forums declared a source of botnet APKs?

I have no idea, tell me senpai

Someone figured how to unpack APK and re-sign it.
This way you can have "authentic" app with malicious code inside.

Shit, so you mean apks from apkmirror can have malicious code in it?
If so, what website would you recommend to download apks from?

Compile from source, Fdroid, Google store.

if that ES explorer is on my amazon fire stick, can i do damage?

Astro

anyone know?

Wait so what do you guys use on your firesticks?

Kodi

screenshots are bit dark, dunno why, its much better live on the phone... but its really good looking and has all the features I need

and I spent like week trying out like 6 different file managers

and everyone was just hammering - pay for solid explorer, but fuck that...

>screenshots are bit dark, dunno why
Probably because of your eyesore "as dark as my soul" theme

Just bought solid explorer myself. That and the FTP cloud module for it are great.

nope,
I choose transparent theme for myxplorer, so I see my background dimmed, but screenshots took it way to far, or the text is not as bright as I actually see it on the phone

Muh nigga.

just write your own explorer

You can create a profile in Afwall to allow LAN access only for ES file explorer. I still don't trust that heap of shit, though. I went to Ghost Commander from f-droid.

I just installed Amaze a year ago and never really thought more of it.

my nvidia shield tv (android tv) comes preinstalled with that botnet

what do?

You can uninstall ES after you instal kodi ya dingus.

I use "X-plore" from Google's botnet store.

ZArchiver

What laucher is that? I'm tired of nova.

Got Solid Explorer for like 1 dollar the last time they had a sale. Worth it desu.

Asus have a really great free file manager which can be installed on none Asus phones, the only downside is it doesn't have root abilities.

They also have a great gallery app.

old copy and never update
