Removing SD card slots for space is a ass backwards as dropping the 3.5mm jack. Sure I like thin phones but I'd take something as thick as the m9 over a phone credit card levels of thin. I'd take the option to have a 128gb storage that I can hot swap from phone to computer, and back again. Hell let's put my card in a friend's phone too and share a pic or music album. I shouldn't be tied to the cloud bull shit that's been forced down our throats. If I don't have a good signal or wifi connection the cloud is useless. Learned this on my trip to Italy. Someone teach them what wifi speeds are. If I want to play music all day streaming services almost always burn through my data plan unless it's unlimited. Paying for unlimited plans just to access my own files from Google Drive or Dropbox is just money wasted. I shouldn't have to pay more money monthly just to access my own files because of data caps. Lastly having a place to store a redundant backup through twrp is a god send. If something happens to my phone chances are the SD card lived through the carnage and I can just flash my backup to my replacement phone (of the same model ofc).

I've fixed my phone myself in this period: replaced screen multiple times due to dropping or mishandling the device, changed microphone, replaced battery, flashed roms etc.

I'm looking to replace my OPO now, and in fact I could see myself buying a chinkphone again. But I'm contemplating getting a note7, too.
