Well for the most part I agree with the sentiment that you can simply axe them without losing much, but keeping one or two of them around wouldn't be too bad.
If you need to keep some porn boards around, just combine all anime-related ones into /h/ 2.0 and make /s/ the default for all non-anime porn.
Other porn (e.g. western, ponies, etc.) goes on Cred Forums.

Anime porn and 3D porn are the 2 major topics to cover. Pony porn (which for all intents and purposes should be allowed on /mlp/ and the board be turned to a red board anyway) should either be kept on /mlp/ unofficially or just directed to Cred Forums.
Western cartoon porn usually fits into two categories: furry and non-furry. Furry belongs on Cred Forums anyway, and non-furry western porn is very niche. Since at that point it's a topic with a relatively small scope, it might as well go on Cred Forums as well.

While on the topic of boards with short scopes:

Porn boards are an issue because they use a lot of bandwidth. Also, have you been to /gif/? It's filled with cuckshit and the userbase seems to be made up of redditors and other newshits.

The board's existence is justified just because it's the only board where you're allowed (and encouraged) to speak something besides English (other than a rare Japanese thread on Cred Forums or /jp/) like said.
You can make the argument that most of the non-English being spoken is just in general threads, but if you ban general threads they will just change their names while keeping their discussions the same.
e.g. "Japanese thread" would become the "Learn and speak in Japanese" thread. Maybe you'd get a few more people asking "hey guys where do I start learning this language" but other than that the conversations would carry on as usual.
And the dedicated generals that have been around for some time will just jump to either a new board or change their name like I said.
