is Cibo Matto's newest album really their best? I haven't listened to it yet but I did like their earlier material.

>The Beatles in general
We all have to grow out of our "love every Beatles album" stage sometime, whats your actual favorite album by them?

>Verve EP
n i c e

If you want to go for the true contrarian's KC pick, pick Islands next time, its their best album in between ItCotCk and Larks' imo.
I really need to download Sextant soon, I loved the bits of it I heard before.

>We all have to grow out of our "love every Beatles album" stage sometime, whats your actual favorite album by them?

bad attitude

ok

Recce

Brian Eno - thursday Afternoon
Frank Zappa - Jazz from Hell
La Monte Young - theatre Of eternal music

>is Cibo Matto's newest album really their best? I haven't listened to it yet but I did like their earlier material.
It's kind of a toss up for me between their first album and Hotel Valentine. I usually try to put lesser-known albums on my charts in order to encourage people to give them a shot.

how did you manage to create such a cringy chart with a great music inside?

kill me lads

What's makes you cringe

I need some high quality recs. Nothing has really blown my mind lately, and I've been pretty desperately searching for that new game changing record for me. It's come from Cred Forums before, and here's to hoping it comes from you guys again.

...

it's weird that you don't love it, you need to give it another shot

I've heard it multiple times

shit taste then...

Literally give me one reason to like this album, it's a pop album made by a band that was supposed to be against pop culture, the rap is shit, it's not even made by Damon Albarn, Damaon Albarn is like a wooden cutout that hides dedmau behind it. When the first Gorillaz album was made, the ideas were all laid out on the table and you could just simply take them, in the Demon Days they were all run through a fucking sequence of filters and machines. Shit album, even the album cover is shit. S/t was minimalistic, DD was simplistic. There was an idea behind every album but DD, it was only made to be successful, fuck this album, and fuck every pleb who likes it.

>fuck every pleb who likes it
not that this album is not pleb, but you should look at your chart again

Forgot my chart

What's wrong with it?

it doesn't look like this
rateyourmusic.com/collection/AntiWarhol/r0.5-5.0,ss.rd

>Gorillaz
>RHCP
>not one album per artist
it's kinda pleb

the problem is that you are responding to a pleb, people who 'rec' mu core albums are cancer and you shouldn't give them any attention

it's okay when pleb responds to pleb

>Gorillaz
They're medicore but they're the first band I got into so I do like them more than I should
>RHCP
Freaky styley is the first album i've listened to, Californication is recorded like shit but it's good, Getaway reminds me of Freaky Styley

you really couldnt manage to put another slew of albums on here?

an co worship on mu is the most tiring of them all simply because the 2000s sucked so hard that i SUPPOSE they really were the "best" the decade had to offer. doesnt mean you should condone their latter output since they became pseudo-psych bubblegum idiocy
