Am I on /reddit/?

Under the umbrella term of jazz, name a better album.

dumb faggot and your bait.

...

Now He Sings, Now He Sobs

...

>Babbies first Mingus

Come back when you've read and listened to every version of Epitaph you fucking pleb.

easyyy

He was just going off of scaruffi's picks

...

I actually was not. I disagree with Scaruffi on almost everything.

>seething

>I can't argue against their point so I'll just mock them

Ascension

Not even the best Coltrane

Jazz is way too wide to 'name a better jazz album' than A Love Supreme. But if I had to choose, this would be my baby.

The one with Spiral on it

That ain't even the best Coltrane album

>people who actually think Karma is good

When is this meme going to end?

I might sound like a plebby avant-teen faggot, but if I had to pick the best jazz album of all time it'd be Peter Brotzmann Octet - Machine Gun IMHO

...

His Carnegie hall performance

hey it is pretty good for Spiritual Jazz, not as good as A Love Supreme or Journey in Satjcamsckackjmasknda tho

that is not Blue Train either

Does Alice have any other really crazy free jazz recordings like the oluntunji concert with John?

...

Either this, Spiritual Unity, or Count Basie's Decca recordings.

>tfw Cred Forums has unbelievably terrible taste in jazz

I win

Is this really worth a listen?

...

...

I'm genuinely curious why anyone would start a thread this dumb. Please enlighten me OP.

Huh. You probably have bad taste

came here to post this

Try Count Basie & His Orchestra - Breakfast, Dance and Barbeque. It's his best imo. The In a Mellow Tone version is superb.

This.

Just ignore, and Scaruffi is indeed pretty bad, yes.

I take the obvious bait, made me reply. The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady is nearly unbelievable, by far the best thing he ever did, and I would say nearly the best thing anyone ever did in music. The only other thing that's on the same level I can think of is Tristan und Isolde.
