The other Bandcamp thread is really slow, so I´ll start another one. And what a glorious day this is! Today marks the 25th anniversary of Nirvana´s Nevermind, and also the release of my band´s debut album!
We spent the last year in the studio crafting this album, making sure it sounded the way we wanted it to. We recorded three more songs, but they didn´t fit the overall sound of the album . Also, "Melbourne" and "Blue Chords" both have videos, being the singles that preceded the album. If you guys enjoy our music, drop by our facebook page and give us a like!
I´ll try to check as many camps as I can before I have to leave to classes
>depressive/atmospheric black metal // narcotic rock >piano based // ambient >meditative // negativism
sounds from an untalented parasite

there was an island wide blackout 2 days ago and i still dont have any power at my home, but hopefully it'll be back in time for me to upload the album on the set date.
yamir.bandcamp.com/album/yamir >post-rock >guitar ambient // dark ambient >drone >small bits of noise rock >available on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, and others
like yamir isnt "nothing awesomely great" but its still cool for me, its an experimental taste of post rock + drones. maybe not an everyday listen but he provides an interesting twist for sure. gotta check his new release next week
scrugley.. (is that his real last name? weird btw) its an adquired taste I guess, like his music grew on me among time. dysthymia is a fucking hit for me, and now I'm looking for more DSBM or Narcotic rock bcs this guy, so again, maybe thats just me but he is one of my fav Cred Forums guys.
pink pots (I really like that name), they just need a video for their tracks. like some imagery would go great (better than a live performance). somewhat I really like his lyrics, they are so "down earth" for me. thats a plus for me.
where is pleasance house? btw? since I'm talking about "amazing" one man projects, let me recc him since he's not here
Maybe I'm just an autistic retard, but I really like a lot of projects posted here on Cred Forums so let me scream that, since I know that these guys put a huge fucking effort at doing what they do.
Since I'll never know you guys, again, thanks.

yeah I definitely struggle to find any pleasure in purely drone stuff. I like it to fill out the spaces in the background but not as the entire set piece. Based on the opinions of others in this thread though I am clearly in the minority with this viewpoint. Its why I called my opinions jerk opinions. Take them as a grain of salt, just one off handed opinion.
NEW ALBUM DIFFERENT CONCEPT >TRARG >Electroacustic, improvisation, spectralism, ambient, drone, etc, etc, etc, help me name it RECS ALWAYS I like how the first track has nothing to do with what comes after, but then it does, with the acoustic arpeggios mixed with the noise. IS GOOD, but quite long, so it will require a lazy weekend to be able to listen to completely well.

>scrugley.. (is that his real last name? weird btw) no, it's Sebastian crugley i think its on his bandcamp
>Even if I somehow like a track how am I supposed to remember it or distinguish it from any of the other dissonant undefined stuff out there? i wouldnt say my music is purely drone, i mean theres a lot of different things on the album but i get what you mean, drone is not a genre where people can usually have a very specific sound to be recognizable with, i guess thats just how it is. same happens with noise and a lot of other genres, unless youre doing something different or special, theres no way to tell you apart from the pack.
also i guess you listened to angakok because its the only one that fits what you said, and i agree. personally my least favorite from my album and the only one i dont like.
cool kids that make good stuff

>Sebastian Crugley >bad wew nigger
Liam Torres
>theres no way to tell you apart from the pack Well, I can recognise artists like Merzbow, Incapacitants and Masonna. They have their signature sound.
>One brand new synthwave track >A Deep Internet EP
r8, h8. I'd really like some criticism on my first synthwave track ever.
Kayden White
so fucking happy about this new release, I've been following you since you released the debut. I really enjoy it but I'm also kinda on the same boat as where I think this would be amazing live.
Levi Diaz
of course there are exceptions, but for example if i took one song from 5 random noise artists from these threads and played them for you, would you be able to at least tell that they're made by different people? not being rude to any noise musicians here but i think it would be hard to tell you all apart.

Since it's only shitty improvisation hidden behind layers of distortion the only thing that gives is away is the equipment it was recorded with. As for me, I only own one fuzz pedal and a weak practice amp, so I have to do the rest digitally to make it sound less barebones.
Thanks for checking out. Yeah, it's a long journey but I tell you - it's worth it, even for a short period of time! I heard "ATMOSTERIO" and all I got to say - it's weird but fun. One major complain is the mixing - too much focus on the right channel.
I got a contact with a person working in a music academy in my town. He's a head of electronics department in that institution and does all of these weird festivals/concerts in my hometown focusing on alternative music. I showed him my stuff and he asked me if I want to perform something short and sweet one day. I agreed to these terms and, well, there I was, in a small culture centers. playing this. He seemed to be satisfied with it so I suppose more live shows coming soon-ish
blatant piano vsts and paulstretching but good ideas

awshucksholyheck.bandcamp.com/ >shitgaze, cock-rock, lameguitars I just played one of my first shows in a while to some success, people dug it and we got payed
>awshucksholyheck.bandcamp.com/ Really appreciate the variety of the tracks on your latest album, especially the more rockish ones and psychedelic rock vocals on drum n bass
I like how weird some of these tracks are, weezer one was my fav
don't really listen to this genre very often, I could only listen to one track, is that on purpose? Liked the guitar
enjoying this one the most so far, reminds me of this awesome Japanese night time fairy tale album I have, different style, good music
cool style, Sex 2001 is my jam! Downloaded
I liked the beat more than the rapping, saved picture beat is awesome

Description: "An EP I made." -AP Macroeconomics
With a name like AP Macroeconomics, you would expect something completely horrible or completely funny. Even some of the song titles would seem like jokes. But behind the oddity of a name, Thomas Meskil presents the listener something totally opposite. Mumbling guitars, cohesively cluttered percussion, somber soaked vocals, humble, like a hug from a wise, old friend. Compatible with lyrics that feel both personal to the man behind the name and universal to all who listen, AP Macroeconomics is definitely a musician to keep your eye on.
Now available for stream and download! CDs available at AP Macroeconomic's bandcamp as well!
Support, scrobble, or review on RYM. Any feedback of any kind would be greatly appreciated. And give Thomas some love. Thank You. :)
Will still be accepting submissions for the label.
