All music.

Well poor (I mean really poor not western world poor) don't have alot of time to record music on equipment theyou can't afford.

You're implying that Africa, in its entirety, is poor, which is far from the truth. Africa is like the US; there are slums and really shitty areas, but there are also immaculate, highly developed 1st world-ish areas too. It depends on where you go.

When you see those charity ads starring little kids with xylophone ribs and flies in their eyes, the Africans call that 'poverty porn.' Those kinds of situations are actually in the minority.

Um Calthoum

Yeah man Africa is fucking HUGE, there's just so much going on there and I think people forget that sometimes because of the cached images they have in their head.

Africa is a continent

Thank you!

>According to a new study published this week in the journal Nature, researchers conducting the first-ever genomic study of indigenous Australians have found evidence of a single “out of Africa” migration for modern humans and confirmed a long-standing claim that Australia’s Aboriginal civilization is the oldest on the planet, dating back some 50,000 years.

My ex was African. I actually don't mind west-African music now. I mean, it's not the sort of thing I listen to when chilling out on my own, but if it has more influence on say, pop music, I wouldn't be opposed. It's basically just a foreign pop.
