bump

Anyone know if there are any experimental jazz charts floating around somewhere?

>Book
Sounds like you'd like Nabokov desu. Lolita if you're a beginner, Pale Fire if you're intermediate, Ada or Ardor if you're patrician.

A tad too fedora for me

no comment

You should try listening to ambient music
Give Phaedra and Rubycon by Tangerine Dream a try

Alice Coltrane - Turiya Sings

>Are you literally droning me?

nice taste

weezer is absolute shit

>Weezer is absolute shit
I kind of agree desu

Guided By Voices - Bee Thousand
K-the-I??? - Broken Love Letter
Pharaoh Sanders - Karma

Karen Dalton - In My Own Time

Funny that Rubies is the lowest album on there, when it's in fact, the best one
Bill Evans + Jim Hall - Undercurrent
Tiny Yong - L'Integrale
Laurie Anderson - Big Science

Combination of le true black man rap with stuff like pink floyd, godspeed, aphex twin... it's as white as music gets and there seems to be an idea, conscious or not, to appear as eclectic as possible. Anyway don't pay too much attention to what I say, who knows, perhaps you're the antithesis of the neckbeard your chart portrays.

damn

Well i'm glad my chart has some influence. Have you checked out Yume and Lamp Genso yet?

not yet but if they're similar i'll check em out soon.

no.

yes!

Absolutely no reason not to enjoy Genso if you liked Koibito He. In fact, looking at your chart, I can predict you'll like it quite a bit. Yume has a slightly different atmosphere, less organic, more of a city vibe, doesn't have the immediacy of the two others.

>Funny that Rubies is the lowest
It's a fantastic album - like all destroyer - but you know, it's the only album of his where there are songs of his i don't enjoy. I'm talking about the shit show that is sick priest learns to last forever and the insipid priest's knees. (If you could tell me the appeal of those songs i'll be glad to hear it) I could write a 20 000 word dissertation on why i believe kaputt, your blues and streethawk to be his masterpieces, i'm not going to go into that now, but i stand firm on the fact that rubies is not as good as those.
You asked me in a previous thread what was my favorite on your blues is: impossible to decide. It just depends on my mood.
Also, if you like France Gall, listen to Francoise Hardy. Gall is good but Francoise is infinitely better.

What's the middle left?

A: Color coordination is amazing

Try Space Oddity and the Man Who Sold the World by David Bowie.
