Politik is my go to Coldplay song. The buildup is fantastic.

Maybe.

No.

Yes.

Oh come on, that's cheating.

This. Sorry if you don't like

You children assign too many 10/10s to relatively arbitrary things. For most posters here, it's like "I like it" constitutes 10/10

Everyone stop posting, The King has decided what's what.

Cool opinions really enjoyed reading this slick list you've compiled here

This is kinda cheating.

This album is about 10/10 openers/closers

London Calling is on a different plane entirely. It's opener/closer are arguably 11/10 songs, both of which arguably belong in the top 50 rock songs of all time.

Here's my entrant. Its not quite London Calling/Train in Vain. But it's close.

fuck off leftist trash

I'll also add that Black Dog/When The Levee Breaks are the best openers/closers in Zeppelin's entire catalogue.

The soulful howl of that fucking guitar reverb on the Black Dog outro is probably my favorite thing that Page ever did.

I love this album but train in vain is honestly one of my least favorite song on it.

well look at this clearly articulated and insightful post

I'm glad I heard your opinion

Based Peter Gabriel needs to be in this thread.

Red Rain speaks for itself, but So also has the distinction of shipping with 3 different closers (OG Vinyl: We Do What We're Told; OG CD: This Is The Picture (Excellent Birds); Re-release/definitive track order: In Your Eyes) ALL of which are 10/10 songs in PG's catalogue.

There's no better Shoegaze album than this

Oops! I'm sorry user. It appears that you've accidentally posted the incorrect album! The album you were meaning to post is "Loveless" by "My Bloody Valentine." It's okay user, just please make sure to check which picture you are posting before you post it. Have a nice day!

You're right, I made a mistake, sorry

>A thread about albums 10/10 opener/closer tracks
>A thread about albums with god-tier 3 track progressions
>He posts a concept album with only 3 tracks, all of which are 11/10 all-time greats.

Yeah, you win.

And You And I is still the best track on that album, though.

Hendrix is my favorite artist by no way in hell is Purple Haze 10/10. Easily one of my least favorite Hendrix tracks.

Oh totally

if you ignore the title track, sure

Yup

What's wrong with meat is murder, it's a great track

I havent seen this on Cred Forums in a long time.
