Agitation Free - 2nd

Ya I've been trying. It's just that all the sub-genres can get a little tiring to learn and listen to all the essentials. Recently I've been into a lot of Doom metal though. Candlemass is one of my favorites.

Have you listened to Mate.Feed.Kill.Repeat by Slipknot? It's my favorite album from them since it doesn't really sound like anything else I've ever heard. The self-titled is great too though.

Frank Zappa - Freak Out

literally not a joke at all, through the fire is a classic. ty for the recs :)

take your time, but there's a lot of good stuff in the metal genre
since you like black metal which tends to be about atmosphere, i think you could slide right in with funeral doom
i consider worship - last tape before doomsday to be the peak of the genre, give it a shot

>Have you listened to Mate.Feed.Kill.Repeat by Slipknot?
i've actually not heard a slipknot album not named slipknot, ive just been listening to the album on repeat
ive heard MFKR like you mentioned along with iowa are also pretty good, hope they don't disappoint

ive heard 2 zappa albums, both of them aren't from their earlier phase which i should explore
i know he used stuff like collages which i'd enjoy

boys don't matter is where it's really at, the rest of the songs of the album are kewl but that one, man... just over the top

by the way, to prevent any confusion, Bill Fox is seperate entirely from The Exceptions, don't think that was clear

it wasn't at all at first, that's why it sounded like a joke (as in 'Bill fox and the Exceptions') it would've been quite rad tho

i'm digging bill fox, quite folky, just what i was looking for

well

Here's an updated version of my chart. And since posting this chart makes it music related, I guess I can just start talking about unrelated things anyways. I am so disappointed with life in general, and also because of the fact that there's not really any support for people who are just alone, constantly. Have you ever read the bell jar? Well, that's sort of like me, except without the crippling suicidal depression. I am also out of school and don't feel that I have a future, and there's really nowhere else for me to turn, and I feel hopeless and lost. It makes me so angry to tell you the truth, it feels like the world is such a col place, it feels so insipid to me too, because it seems like everyone else gets to enjoy their insipid pleasures, everything comes so simply to them. It almost seems as though I suffer because my thoughts as so perplexing, because they baffle me so much and they grow so vexxing that I start to feel like I am suffering because my thoughts are so complex, everyone else just seems insipid and foolish to me, and it;'s because they're insipid and foolish that life comes so easily to them. I just hate this world, it's left me out, I imagine all the time what life would be like if I were actually living it, instead of alone all the time, instead of stuck in the monetary utilitarian system that everyone is trapped in, with only the option of fending for yourself in the wilderness of submitting to the capitalist machine. You mock me for insulting capitalism? Just because it's good compared to other systems doesn't mean it isn't bad, it doesn't make it a good system because it's comparatively better than worse systems; they're all bad. Life is torment, only for insipid people is life nice,

I'd definitely get it

do you know of any artists similar to duster its one of my all time favorite bands

>only for insipid people is life nice
whats good fellow insipids

Dude, Visions of the Country is seriously great.

glitch, drone and noise recs please

name of album in the bottom centre?

you'd like automine - paddington band

I really don't, I guess that's their magic. It might help if you define exactly what you like about duster

>bricolage
>xplastic

that brings me back bud
a new taste for you, try machinedrum - vapor city
or something similar to what you got going
nomak - muziq and foto

and if you like the newer amon tobin work, personally i thiink ISAM is shit tier but
oddlogic - system the abyss

>Have you ever read the bell jar? Well, that's sort of like me, except without the crippling suicidal depression

What more is there to that book then exactly that?

Anyways, I understand how you feel in that everyone else seems to be going through life so easily with some sort of "ignorance is bliss" ideology while I can't seem to accept the fact that everything is awful.

Read Nausea by Sartre, and watch Un Homme Qui Dort.

for me it tugged at my heart strings really well
i found these other artists in the same vein for me

love, claire
policy of 3
the butter up band (kinda)

a year ago i waas deeply depressed and duster hit me home, and that kind of music grew on me loads since

yeah not a big fan of the newer stuff, thanks for the recs my dude, ill be sure to listen

what was that topsters site that wasnt topsters

what is this ms paint lookin ass album art what the fuck

There was also the part of the book that showed the ignorance and indifference of the system towards escher. The whole time she wasn't actually insane, she was coherent and remembered the whole thing. What changed is that she got really depressed. She basically lost her will to live when she was rejected from that school, after she had that mental break down in new york. Now, she differs from me in the fact that I lack motivation, but I am not suicidal. I felt that I understood a lot of what she was going through though, so such an extent that I felt extremely uncomfortable while reading the book, extremely uncomfortable.

And btw fuck off and kill yourself, all you people responding with nasty comments to my last post. I'm serious, you're fucking worthless garbage, you're literally nothing to me.

damn, no one knows what they're doing. Don't alienate yourself like that. Might feel that way, but you gotta go do something to get something.
