I strongly associate Half Life with Aphex Twin for some reason. Even the ambient works.
I recently replayed the series and realized how much better the first game is. I mean, the second is a great game. But the former is a masterpiece, it has some kind of magic (and no, it's not nostalgia since I played HL2 first)
