I'm trying to find a legal drug concoction that will make me perform better at work, wake me up in the morning, and make me more ambitious.

No adderal, that doesn't work out long term and makes me stay up all night.

I was thinking 200mg caffeine, 500-1000mg St. John's wart, and 200mg NASID (aspirin).

You guys got something better? Not sure about the aspirin, I don't want my liver fucked.

5cc of sperm injected rectally 2x weekly.

Coffee

look into nootropics
have fun

accutane

Coffee doesn't really work for me anymore. It makes me jittery now. It used to make me ambitious and pay attention to things I would normally find uninteresting

8 hours of sleep. Seriously. It works. Just stop with the sugary drinks and foods after 5 pm. Also no blue light for the last half hour that you are a wake. Blue light is any tv, cell hone, computer screen, video games etc....basically no litup screen.

Do they ACTUALLY work?

Beetle nut

Aspirin(acetylsalicylic acid) doesn't fuck your liver. Tylenol(Acetominophen) does. Aspirin can give you an ulcer, but 200 mg daily should be a pretty safe dose.

This. Immediate results.

What's the sauce on op's pic?

Regular exercise

Pharmacy Technician here. Stimulants are not the route you want to go, and St. John's Wart interacts with fucking EVERYTHING in existence, prescribed or OTC. NSAID's are only going to reduce inflammation and joint pain and caffeine will give you a short burst of energy but won't by any means help you perform better. Who gave you this information? That entire concoction was the most retarded fucking thing I've read all day.

Instead, try small changes first. Are you overweight (if you're on here, I am assuming you are anyways) how's your diet? You can start taking multivitamins first with a supplement of Vit D/B Complex for energy. Don't drink anything sugary, cut sweets, fast food out of your diet and switch to lean meats, veggies and fruits instead. You can also check out your local GNC for supplements and diet change tips, the people that work there are pretty knowledgeable about that kind of stuff anyways. Exercising also is a good way to help stabilize your metabolism.

never tried them, but i know at least a few work (the GABA agonists such as pregablin, gabapentin, etc.)

as for the rest, they probably do SOMETHING
whether or not you'll find it helpful is up to you to figure out

kratom and kava kava are also solid, although kratom is schedule I in the US as of the end of the month.

Sleep 7-8 hours nightly
Excercise
Eat right

literally all you need if you're not retarded

How does the blue light mess you up?

I laughed louder than I should have!!!

preworkout drink, or just get a good nights rest, and eat a good breakfast.

Neurontin is for nerve pain, nigga. OP, everyone on here is going to tell you to take pain killers or illegal prescription medications for things that will literally do the opposite of what you want. Just take my advice, GNC, change diet, sleep, water, exercise. I have a technician at work who works out all the time and eats right and she's never groggy, if you want a sharper keep your brain fed right and healthy, look into 'brain food', drink lots of water too.

I eat a small breakfast and little lunch each day. I intake about 600-800 calories per day because I'm trying to lose weight.

I'm at a normal weight now, but I don't feel right. Waking up is difficult and I have no motivation for shit. Not energetic would sum it up

blue light disrupts your sleep cycle. You'll wake up in the middle of the night a few times and not even remember it, but your body will sure be tired

That really interesting. Thanks, I'll start trying that.

Also, lay off the trap porn. You will save energy by not daydreaming about feminine penor

Alright. First off, you need to not deprive yourself of calories. A lot of people think less caloric intake will help you lose weight on its own and that just isn't true. Also, the starvation mode thing is a myth. Empty calories are where you get fucked up at. You can stay at 1200-1600 calories or whatever your calculator tells you, just make sure you are working out and burning energy. Also, don't skip meals. Breakfast should be hearty, medium lunch and smaller dinners but all healthy items like eggs, leans means, fruits and veggies. You could be sluggish just from poor diet too. I'm 35, trust me, as life goes on it gets harder to get out of bed, you end up hating work, people suck, you just gotta power through that shit. No supplement will make you more motivated, they only are meant to help supplement your body of what you're missing. Truth is, most people get their daily vitamin intake daily with just whatever they are eating, but varies on case by case basis and depends on certain things like if they are overly anemic, border-line diabetic, etc.

...

Well that's the thing, I'm exercising too. I'm mainly eating salads and shit for lunch and dinner. What do you recommend for breakfast? I'm literally eating a piece of toast and coffee for breakfast

>eating 600-800 calories a day
>complains of needing more energy and focus

you can't be this retarded OP

Get tested for sleep apnea. Ask people who sleep near you if you snore or stop breathing for 10-30 seconds at a time during the night.

Eat 2 eggs and a piece of fruit with the toast. Breakfast is supposed to kickstart your metabolism so it burns calories throughout the day.

EC stack

12.5mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, up to 3x daily

lots of people use it for dieting but the energy is also really nice. don't take if you have a weak heart. take half doses at first to make sure you aren't sensitive to ephedrine. don't work in extreme heat or raise your pulse above double your resting

PS: ephedrine is marketed domestically as bronkaid OTC

You cannot deprive your body of calories and nutrition, that is going to worsen your grogginess by so much more. Here, I have a bookmark that I listed for my husband and I, of course neither of us follow it as well as we should but it is an amazing fucking guide and one of the better ones that you can follow. You need to start changing your diet first, also you might want to consider a cleanse, you can buy kits but they're kind of shit. I do something called Mag07 by aerobic life, it basically liquifies everything inside your intestines and cleanses out all the gunk and buildup shit inside and everything stuck in those small pockets in your intestines and colon that can slow metabolism down. You'll shit all day but I like doing it if I feel icky. It also doesn't make you cramp up like some of the other shit cleanses out there they try to market.

>GABA agonists
>for pain

i think you mean anxiety relief / increased sociability

yknow
the reasons GABA agonists are actually prescribed to people

I'm not saying they'll make OP more energetic, I was merely pointing out that some people use them to good effect, especially in combination with uppers (caffeine and other methylxanthines are eh with them, since it's not a real stimulant anyways)

Where the hell do you get ephedrine?
I can't find bronkaid anywhere ever : (

You west coast or something?

TX

I bought bronkaid at HEB (southern grocery store chain). no doubt walgreens and CVS have it, too. you have to ask for it, it's behind the counter.

Why go for fast food when you can get fast food at home with tv dinners?

Thanks for the advice, I'll try asking next time I go out for groceries and the like.

If I can actually get my hands on this shit, you'll be my hero forever.

I've never seen gabapentin scripted for any of those reasons, ever. Most people we give them to have nerve pain issues and their shitty insurance refuses lyrica. The only thing that even comes close to that is like RLS which I guess could be caused by anxiety but again, treating the nerves/muscles are not a way to rid the underlying problem which if it is anxiety should be treated with something else.

PS - Lots of you have anxiety as do I, it took years of working in pharmaceutical to realize this piece of wisdom that I'll share, don't let doctors put you on any SSRI's for anxiety, not only are the side effects horrendous and permanent (they don't tell you that) but it causes mood swings and worsens your condition by so much more later on down the road. So no anti-depressants if all you have is anxiety, don't let them tell you it is always coupled with depression and doctors like to slap bandaid fixes on things rather than address the issues and try to solve them IE therapy, diet changes, exercise, etc.

There's people that change their lifestyles and diets all the time that come off the medications all the time and that's all it took. Murican diet = sucks assholes.

>no adderal
>that doesn't work out long term

Lol are you fucking stupid?

obviously I'm not your parent, but you sound like you are at risk for abusing this to the point of hurting yourself.

please don't be stupid about it. start slow, follow doses outlined by hot n fit. adjust doses depending on how it makes you feel, but don't go over them. stay safe, user.

What's wrong with stimulants in your experience? Just curious.

You can get it behind the counter at pharmacies because people like to make meth out of sudafed and people abuse ephedrine like you do. Do not take this for long periods of time or if you don't have breathing problems, it is dangerous. God I feel like a Cred Forumsmommy to all you retards. Gotta go finish dinner, best of luck to you and hope you follow the good advice OP.

gabapentin != all GABA agonists

I was speaking generally, most prescribed GABA agonists are benzodiazepines and the like, and gabapentin and the related analogues are all GABA agonists. While they may be commonly prescribed for nerve pain, there is a large off-label market for use in anxiety relief.

P.S.
100% agree that SSRI's are awful in pretty much every way. At least for me. I'm sure they work wonders for some people.

Wrong is the wrong word. They're just short-lived and can cause headaches, if you're sensitive to stimulants they can make you jittery and hard crash and you can also become tolerant of them so your body either stops reacting to it or you need more and more over time, it also can affect you in other ways. It's just bad to build any reliance on anything. Checking on dinner so it don't burn, if you have any other questions ask quick.

I just started adderall 20mg IR about 4 weeks ago. Been noticing the effects are very inconsistent depending on what I eat, when I eat, when I take it after waking up etc.

If I switched to XR would I see better consistency and less crashing?

Thanks for the concern.

I'm not too worried about abusing ephredrine, had my hands on much worse things before and I've yet to end up an addict. Honestly not even expecting it to be that great relative to other stims but I've heard about it for so long that it'll be nice to finally give it a try.

Do appreciate the concern though!

I love you. Thanks for the help.

I just came for the OP pic

XR will just increase the half life and slow the rate of release, so you won't crash for longer, although it may also keep you up later than you want if you don't take it until later in the day.

The eating inconsistencies may have a lot to do with rate of + how well it is absorbed in your stomach, similar to drinking before eating vs drinking after eating.

I am not concerned about you coming an addict, I am concerned about you hurting your body.

enjoy the energy, increased lipolysis, and non-existent appetite.

Modafinil you should get a prescription from a doctor because it is easy and cheap

You can also order it from modafinilcat.com

Thanks man, enjoy your dinner.

Can't believe no one has said this yet.

Fucking MODAFINIL.

Started as a drug to treat narcolepsy by boosting histamine levels, so people worked out pretty quickly that it's a very effective alertness and concentration drug.

Like all drugs you need to take them at the same time every single day and before or after food depending on what your doctor wants. Your weight can also have an effect on any drugs, as the absorption can be less as well. Would possibly switch to the XR and see how that does, extended release means an even amount is released all day and might be a better way to go for you definitely.

Main ingredient in most sleep aids = diphenhydramine = bendrayl. Histamines are not always the answer and like all drugs, some work better with people's chemistry and some don't. Pharmacy is a very hit and miss, trial and error line of work and doctors while good at scripting things aren't always sure if someone is going to work better with generic or name brand, or certain drugs as opposed to others.

Probably won't be seen but look into medafinil shits amazing for drive and focus

Adrafinil or f-modafinil ar better, because you don't need a prescription to buy those.

I killed my depression of 6 years like this, maybe it will help you.

>1. Started taking vitamin D, 5-htp, ginkgo biloba, and Ly-tyrosine daily. Sometimes taking St. Johns Wort. These increase mood, motivation, memory, and brain function by helping it produce more dopamine and serotonin, helping the blood flow, and more.
>2. It may seem like a bad idea, but I did DXM 3 nights out of the week for 2 months to give me a mindset to think deep about my issues and why I was depressed and unmotivated, as well as push my brain to produce more serotonin and dopamine. I started painting, playing guitar, and enjoying life again. DXM is a dissociative like Ketamine, and Ketamine is used to treat depression and has worked for many. DXM has the same benefit when used correctly and with that intention.
>3. Afterwards I continued to take supplements and life has been amazing and enjoyable for the past 3 months or so. I have focus, motivation, and am just performing a lot better mentally than I was before. I was fucking dumb, numb, and suicidal at times. I feel completely different. I'm able to read, create, and socialize again.

>I'm trying to find a legal drug
It's only illegal if you get caught.
