Alright everyone. I need your eyes for a moment...

Alright everyone. I need your eyes for a moment. Whether this post is grammatical beautiful or a messy pile of flith bare with me. It's late and honestly this seems more important than porn, games, making fun of idiotic bullshit and the sort. We have this guy in the picture right here. I'm not saying you have to love him or hate his policy. This isn't a lesser of 3 evils. There are 2 people we already consider rigged and then there's this guy. Fucking climbed a mountain, dude smokes weed and quits to run for President. Most people can't even quit for a job, this guy said why not for another go at the seat and honestly has a legitimate shot.

We have a school hosting a debate where his presence is crucial. He's polling higher than they stated and if you don't believe, see and look for it yourselves.

What I ask of you, everyone whether you care to have read this far or skipped to the end. Whether you vote for him or not, fight to make them let the populous hear him out. What harm does a third party bring? If we stopped blaming them for letting one win and viewed it as a long term solution to a toxic problem in our political system, we may be able to do something.

I know most may look past this and not give a single fuck and I respect that. Just consider it for just one election, just one. And if nothing works out anyway, well at least we tried. We continue the fight after either way.

Johnson is a closet liberal. Fuck him.

We had had and lost our chance in 2012 with Ron Paul.

Yeah, I'm not reading any of that as I don't do politics. But here is a bump for ya

He and Jill both need to be on that stage

Our current voting system insures that Gary Johnson, Jill Stein, and any other third party candidate has exactly 0% chance of winning. Whether you like or hate Gary Johnson, this will never change. Vote third party out of protest you'd like, sure, but if you have any sort of hope of actually electing a third party candidate, you are delusional at best. What you should be focusing your energy in to is spreading the message of a new voting system, such as Single Transferable Vote, while voting for the candidates you feel are most likely to support such a voting system.

He's against minimum wage, why the fuck would he support universal basic income?

Runoff system when.

It's more to establish a new party basis for genuine Libertarians. Don't get me wrong, he's not my ideal choice, but I could work with him. You can easily point out his flaws, stacking it next to Trump or Clinton is minor in comparison. My point with this post is just to let the man at least be on the debate stage. He has earned a spot on that stage.

You can thank that coward John McCain for fixing the elections against third parties.

more pathetic than Gary Johnson are retards like this

Someone want to explain to me why open borders and the TPP are good things? Because I think they're fucking awful and this asshat supports both.

I honestly want him in the debates.

Somebody needs to be an adult at the table.

define open borders

Well why is it that you feel so angry rather than choosing to explain why I'm a supposed retard. Care to at least enlighten me with your opinion or facts?

yeah thats great and all what is a leppo

>He has earned a spot on that stage.
He absolutely hasn't. If anyone actually read his policies of giving corporations complete free reign he wouldn't be polling 5% let alone 15

Please elaborate.

For one, he supports a fully-privated medical system with no government involvement, which is just insanity. Some of the best functioning healthcare systems on the planet have heavy government involvement to ensure that pricing isn't taking advantage of people who have no alternative but to purchase services from doctors/hospitals in order to stay alive. The future of the medical system under Libertarians would be a Martin Shkreli wet dream, where every drug is priced astronomically, to 'properly reflect its value to patients'.

I agree with plenty of Libertarian policies - their social/drug policies are all common sense and the sooner implemented the better, but all the economic laissez faire crap is absolutely the wrong thing for a society where wealth inequality is spiralling out of control, and is already staggeringly bad (Walton family having more money than 40% of the US population.) Making healthcare even more inaccessible to the poor by giving private health operators carte blanche to charge what they like is truly unhinged.

...

We'll have to agree to disagree here. I find government involvement to be the biggest roadblock for medical creativity and better advancements being made under a Adam Smith economic approach. Don't get me wrong, I do believe there needs to be some constraints and protective guidelines. But government oversight being heavily involved is a disaster in waiting times, other areas. We have a much larger population to consider and far less hospitals than we can allow due to mostly regulations, courtesy of the government. The point is even though we disagree agree, I feel as though many Libertarian minded people are willing to listen. We sit in a room and hash out the figures, take out the emotion and look at this in a diplomatic way, we can solve it. The need is in working together.

Epipens skyrocketed and doctors who work ethically knew to simply suggest the cheaper alternative which is roughly $10. People who can't afford to say the high price die, those who can afford to pay it should know to boycott and stand against that to create change. Government can not oversight everything and expect to be good at it. In fact, as multitasking as they are, they fall short in more areas in one. Not just health care.

You make valid points and I understand your view on this. It's a balance.

Fair enough, the rest of the world depends on Americas medical creativity to solve our medical problems, so I would hate to endanger that.

Whether or not I agree with Libertarian economic principles, I strongly agree that a third-party option needs to be viable.

Agree there, but that however can't occur until we take out the actual party. The media. That's our biggest problem in this country, our over processed media. I genuinely believe most of the people on social media believe the memes they read as facts. It's painful.

Johnson simply has no game. He's short, awkward, ugly and charisma-free. If you think someone like that could become president you know fuck all about politics.

Jimmy Carter.

Kant argued that society should strive towards a more libertarian mindset. Johnson's is not the good kind

He's about an inch shorter than Carter, and is worse in every other area too.

You can like the guy's policies if you like, but don't be fucking blind idiots. There's nothing presidential about him at all. You think anyone ever looked at him and said "now that guy could be president one day"?

Use your brain for fuck's sake. This is an easy one.
