I tried the whole religion, worship, sense of community and all that. But I was just absolutely miserable the whole time and felt just as alienated by people. So I just stopped caring. I just say I'm atheist cos it is easier that way to explain what I believe. In truth, I just cannot bring myself to care. And I feel better when I don't care.
