I'm not that macaroni nigger, but if you want those crunchy bread crumbs on top of your mac and cheese it's real simple. Take a 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, a tablespoon or 2 of granulated parmesan cheese and a tablespoon of melted butter. Mix them together till it feels like wet sand. Put it on top of your mac and cheese and put it in the oven at 400 degrees until the top gets crispy.

1 brick (8oz) of desired cheese
3 heaping table spoons of crushed red pepper
1/3 cup sauteed onions (red only)
grate cheese over kettle of extra virgin olive oil, add onion and pepper let boil for 30 mins
remove from heat, strain
now take cooked macaroni and coat with bread crumbs
drizzle sauce and stir
garnish with cinnamon stick and toaster strudel icing
