No gym in town, no car. So I just run and play frisbee every evening. also I'm stoned as fuck every time I do this so idk I feel good about myself even though it's probably not that great of a workout.

I don't eat enough to maintain or gain weight , when I gym I end up burning muscle, my metabolism is op so even when I eat a lot , I don't really get anything

hey bro, serious problem drinker here wanting to quit for good and smash the exercise.

I have a bad habit of having a good start but then it trails away to nothing, ive been pretty unhappy where I am living (it is a shithole city with nothing to do bar crime) and I move tomorrow so new starts.

How long did you drink for and any recommendations to sticking at it, thanks.

p.s. lastnight got so blackout drunk ended up in the really shady area of town I cant remember even leaving my buddies or how I got there, dont even remember how I got home need to cut this shit out once and for all.
