Both have movement speed and good CC, Nami better than Janna.
Nami is good with stealth and ADCs that have movement speed.
Jana is really good for those champs, such as Draven or Ezreal, or even Jhin who have lots of DMG.
Lulu, I don't know. Never liked her THAT much, but to be honest she is a good support with Vayne, if she gives her the movement speed buff, there is no way you won't catch someone when you're chasing, same goes for Draven with his W.
