I did this with a kid who liked to connect to my wifi network all the time. So I put parental controls on his machine through my router, and began steadily blocking everything he connected to.

Then I throttled his bandwidth to 128k. Then to 56k. Then 14.4kbps.

Then I let him have full access. For two hours. Then I cut his bandwidth to 9kbps.

One day I just reset his connection repeatedly every three minutes. Then I sniffed his packets and got his Facebook pw, then changed his entire Facebook page to show nothing but MLP fetish bullshit.

Keep in mind this is my next door neighbor's teenage kid, who's apparently Mr. Popular Jock.

Then I took his Smite account and used a hacking program on it, and got his ass banned in seconds.

His email accounts were next.

The problem is, this fucking kid was such a goddamn ragemoron he would be screaming about how he got hacked all the time.

Finally I just ended it all by knocking on my neighbor's door. I pulled a log of sites (faked a bunch of hardcore porn sites, along with some BDSM and rape fetish sites, along with drug sites and a shitton of torrent traffic for movie/porn/music downloads & printed them out) and asked his mother if I could speak to her privately.

I handed her the printout and asked her if she knew her son had hijacked my wifi to do his downloading. I had proof in his MAC address on his machine, his submitted homework online, and more.

This is one of the city district attorneys, who is about to run for city council. I said, "look, I know what teenage boys are like, but if you're serious about campaigning on your moral stance and about the whole no strip club issue, you need to get your own house in order. I could have taken this to the press first. Your son has several thousand instances of illegal activity here, and you look complicit because he's underage."
