Well... It'll hard, and my lexicon isnt enough for it.
We're just growing up in different cultures, and that's all.
I can tell you about people from different regions of Russia, 'cuz i'd travelled around it for some times.
People of Siberia - where i am from - is the best for me. They dont care about "what are you doing, why you didnt leave your flat for a week? Are you a terrorist?", they're just good pure people, who can help you in any situation and won't violate your personal space.
I was at south of Russia once(at Krasnodarskiy Kray, Black Sea's coast), and that was the awful experience that i ever had.
