"The Americanization of Emily"

Made back in the good old days when people actually admired America.

Back when we hadn't produced a Mussolini of our own.

Back when our sins were still forgivable.

Fucking love that movie

I've always liked this one. Bonus: Jane Cobb.

How Johnny got his gun

really like Fury

Only good "war" movie (except Full Metal Jacket)

The Hurt Locker, and Platoon (the only time I was ever able to take Charlie Sheen seriously)

Come and See.

There are so many good war movies, what are you on about.

The only bad war movie I've seen is American Sniper, and even that wasn't terrible.

Platoon or Das Boot

most entertaining: Dirty dozen or Where eagles dare

Come and see is pretty overrated and pretentrious shit. It ranks up there with Raggedy Rawney

Paths of Glory/Dr strengelove

*Only one I can sit all the way through
War films just don't do it for me

Funny, it's got 95% on rotten tomatoes, and 8.5/10 on imdb. Maybe you just have shit taste in movies.

Then you've never seen Big Red One. It had a few good lines but the writer didn't even have a passing knowledge of the battles portrayed or how military equipment works.

theres a select group of people who would actually see a russian war movie, pretentious shitards. That's why the score is so high.
