Make sure you get a CPU cooler too, any cooler master air cooling should be fine since it doesn't look like you're doing any overclocking. Just make sure you get a couple extra fans so there's enough airflow in your case

It's not $55 more, it's about $150 more to get any benefit out of it. OC capable motherboards are at least $50 more than the one OP has selected, plus you'd need an aftermarket cooler.
That said, I would still recommend paying the $150 and upgrading them both. A 6600k will hit 4.6GHz easy, about 30% better than the 3.6GHz the 6500 will sit at

Ya no over clocking for me. I've worked with cars for years and I noticed when you pushed things harder than what manufacturer recommends, things break. if you're looking for a cheap cooler, just get the hyper 212 evo, great cooler and great for a slight over clock, it's not bad for the processor to overclock it as long as you're not pushing it past its limits, should easily get a 4.0 overclock with a hyper 212 giving you a lot better performance while maintaining stability

Bad advice. You only need an ssd for your OS and applications. Archival crap like pictures/movies/music is better stored on a traditional HDD. You can get terrabytes of mechanical drive space to store that crap for the price of a few hundred gigs on an ssd.
