I'm not the dude you're conversing with but I've read vitually every first hand account of anyone who wrote one of the last days in the Fuhrerbunker. I know who Otto Gunsche is, I have never heard any account of him killing Hitler. However, he retrieved their bodies and took them to the courtyard for cremation.

Hitler and Eva both swallowed cyanide tabs and Hitler shot himself in the head just to make sure he got the job done. He did. While it's true he did have a quickly degenerating case of parkinsons by the end of the war, it's not so bad that it would prevent an accurate self-applied headshot.
