Now, I see a lot of these threads, but let's be a little serious this time.

If you had - let's say $5000 in your hands now. How would you make them grow?

How would you make $1.000.000?

>inb4 stealing them
>inb4 loan them
>inb4 all kinds of stupid shit

>Rent multiple appartments and put people in it for more money then the original rent.
>Keep that up for a couple of years, eventually buy houses and do the same.
>Invest in more housing units.
>Invest in office space
>Eventually, sell everything
>Go on a massive travelspree, include drugs and whores
>End up almost broke
>Ask people for $3,50
>MFW I am a giant animal from crustacean paleolithic era

Thats called sub-letting and any rental agreement will not allow you to do that

invest in Euros -> Wait for article 50 to be invoked -> profit
the biggest returns are not on something profitable they're on an alternative of something that's going under.

>$5,000 to $1,000,000

You could do it at some trailer parks though. Cheap ones never inspect or really ask questions, and you have to find desperate people willing to agree to your terms. It would be difficult but not impossible. Safest way is hire some dumb kids to go find said desperate people, buy cheap go phone with cash registered out of state, give the kids that number and fake name, boom. You're almost untraceable, because inevitably the kids are gonna get caught and they'll snitch on you quick as fuck.

Buy bitcoins when they low back to 450$, buy 3 bitcoins then trade with other crypto currencies in margin trading, buy 3 qp's of weed an resell as fast as u can reinvesting everything u make out of that in weed as well, buy 3 used cars and resell
3 bitcoins
3 qp's
3 cars

In three years u have a million or more starting with those 3 things in triplets (3 bitcoins, 3 qp's, 3 cars). Good accounting , hold money fast and reinvest never switching from one investment to the other , unless u r to buy more Bitcoin
3 months u will triple in
3 years u have a million
I smoke too much weed to make it possible to myself but u can do it faggot

Do not have to say this way u avoid all short of taxes Etc .....:)

I don't know if you can do this in Euro-land but you can pay the back taxes on a property that's behind.... then give the original owner X amount of time to repay you. If they CANNOT repay you within the specified amount of time (with whichever interest you added to it, for originally paying for them), you can sue for ownership of the property.

If you research the legal codes that are applicable, you can do it without an attorney (anything requiring an attorney is likely to cost so much it will negate any benefit of "purchasing" a home in this manner).

This will enable you to purchase homes at about 1/20th their value, but since you basically legally strongarmed someone who was overdue on taxes out of their homes, it's common that they wreck the place before vacating the premises. So you need to do your homework, find old people who aren't gonna tear it up.

But do this right and you can own homes for 1/10-1/20th what they're actually worth, than you can flip them or rent them out and make far more than you ever put into it....

That or find a stock that's in it's infancy likely to explode, I made several thousand on bitcoin when it was first taking off, I could have made millions had I have just hung onto the bitcoins I had for a few months longer before selling.

That or drug dealing.

But that kind of money is gonna take a phenomenal amount of risk to get 200X the payout from a 5000 dollar investment.

The only way to became a mill quickly without breaking the rules is winning the lottery or being a fucking Jew , life is too spensive , it's all a set up , u really don't need that much

That's assuming the banking crisis that's waiting to happen in the Italian system doesn't happen in the next year or so (and the jury's out on that), plus Greece not defaulting before you make your profit.

The Euro is fucked - there's only so long that Germany can keep it propped up.

so, you're answer is to gamble, then?

EU as a whole is still way better off than the US, and they're still going

>*your - fuck autocorrect

Buy 4999 lottery tickets and a kit kat bar

The USA is a coherent currency zone with a centralised government. The EU went for currency harmonisation without having the political harmonisation to make it work. The deluded architects of the EU reasoned that the various countries would not accept political union before currency union, so they gambled on making the single currency work without addressing the economic performance (and attitude) differences between the northern countries and the southern, Mediterranean ones. Plus there was corruption, helped by some of the larger financial consultancy firms, to get countries like Greece in. Then they go and stir in some Eastern European basket cases, just because they want to grow at all costs and, a an aside, piss off the Kremlin, and here we are.

There is no legitimate way. If there were, everyone would be doing it.

Next time you go to hospital ask your self:
If every doctor & nurse is smarter than me & they earn much more than me, why are they still working like a horse until their 60s?

I literally do have nearly that much. I rent out the apartment that's attached to my house. It basically pays the mortgage, and I usually have about $300 left over. I've been saving that, and once I get 5k, I intend to open a Roth IRA, and invest it in REITs. From there I intend to continue adding to it, and then diversifying into other types of investments, particularly dividend paying stocks, bonds, and maybe annuities.

I've thought about trying out Forex trading, but I'm not going to do that until I have enough savings that I feel like gambling with. Forex can pay off big time, but it can also make you go broke just as quickly. It's not exactly gambling in the same way that betting at a casino or buying lotto tickets is, but it's incredibly risky.
