Okay this is what I usually go by,
5mg to feel alert and more focused
10mg to really feel it
15mg For a study overload (recommended amount)
20mg if you can handle your shit, sometimes get off track and focus on other things
25mg is hit or miss, you either become a study machine or wind up looking through your highschool yearbook for 3 hours
25mg+ is for professionals only

My friend who is a pretty average build takes 20 mg instants. Thats probably good for one time. All you need to know is IR adderall comes in a solid pill, and lasts around 4 hours. XR comes in a long plastic pill and is filled with beads. Half dissolve instantly and the other in 4 hours. If its a pill filled with white powder its probably vyvanse, which is just a cheaper less effective adderall. Be cautious about taking later in the day unless you plan on staying up all night, cause sleet is impossible.
