I usually eat about 800-1000 calories a day, and if I get full, I don't eat again for about a day.

I have learned to just ignore hunger pains most of the time, but when I start getting light headed, thats when I force myself to eat something, but I usually dont enjoy it.

I typically don't have an appetite for anything, but I have to eat bland food. very spicy/rich/flavorful food hurts my mouth a lot.

1. eat atleast 3-4 times a day. dont fucking go 1500kcal 2 times a day. breakfast is mui importante
2. lift up your skeletal ass 5 times a week. do 30 mins of cardio/weightlifting training.
3. dont eat junkfood shit. its bad for you. like really bad.
4. stop drinking alcohol. Alcohol can make you lose weight like chemo.
