Thanks. This is what I've done so far:
1. Called police to report break ins. Cops laughed and when I asked for copy of report I was told it wasn't needed. No, I don't have a report.
2. Showed them evidence and gave them her cell #, work address, and repeated threats. I hate that I didn't record that nut, but I have a phone app to catch her at it again.
3. Asked to see judge about restraining order - including the death threats AND with written testimony from people who are no longer friends with her either. She's been crazy a while now and I was DENIED a restraining order despite testimony. I was told it was not an imminent or or deadly threat.
Yes, I did say I would use all force at my disposal - up to lethal force. They didn't bat an eye.
