I have done this several times to women before, and it has never failed. Even if they're cheating it works because this method isn't based on any previous relationship, it's a pure demonstration of masculine value. Speaking as someone who has been in this position before, he has an extremely good start if his girlfriend continues the relationship after admitting that she cheated, as it shows that she is already scared of change, and that she craves stability.
