It's pretty nice that women can now divorce their husbands if they're being beaten, but it's terrible that some women exploit this perk to get failed lovers thrown in jail. It's like how some people exploit welfare programs instead of working. There's always going to be shitty people ruining nice things for everyone.

Women are able to win out in court cases because the judge/jury expects them to be weak, helpless, etc. when compared to the man. It would really be a self-correcting system if that bias wasn't there

I think in a few decades people are going to stop giving a fuck about gender anywhere that it actually matters (like the law or workplace). SJW's will cry, no one will care, and there will be a lot more valuable human capital available.
