Nothing. If it's locked, and icloud is enabled, you'll need the users icloud info in order to unlock the phone. Even wiping it won't work, as it needs to connect to the cloud in order to unlock it.

if youre trying to access the pictures. try putting it into disk mode. or plugging it into a ps3 or ps4. i know my ipod touch shows all the folders in my ps3
