My opinion on Conmebol is that they have a false sense of superiority. This is proven by the fact that every relevant player in the world is coming to play football in Europe. Which leads to the following conclusion:

Mexico is the Strongest in the CONCACAF. But then they got Absolutly ass-blasted by CHILE 7-0. They are a good team in a mediocre Confederation, but are mediocre on the World Stage. They haven't made it past the RO16 since....many many many moons ago.
