As a Baylor fan I'm not entirely sure what I want from this season.

Part of me just wants us to have a mediocre 7-5 season and slink quietly away while we deal with all our shit.

The other part, the asshole part, wants us to go 12-0, win the conference, and force the committee to piss someone off, even if that someone is us. If they chose to piss all of America off instead, that would be even better.

SDSU has no shot because of how far down the MWC is. Their best win would be Cal, who they would need to run the table. The problem is their second best win would likely be Boise who probably will not even be ranked.

Since number of ranked wins is a top criteria, they have no realistic path.

They need to go undefeated a couple of 10-2 P5 champs and Houston collapsing. That's a lot
