Some of it is the line - with the injuries they can't even block a ray of sun from hitting him, but in this offense that's not an excuse. The quick passes are supposed to neutralize a lot of that and Brock has still been struggling just getting the ball places. At least the cap hit drops dramatically after next year so worst case, this won't last longer than 2017
