POD is a really smart, tense, and subtle film until the third act when it kind of becomes pretty generic. Still recommend, it's like a really good X-Files episode at points

I loved the building paranoia and tension, great sense of dread, but then the ending came it just descends into typical shitty slasher movie. I thought they were building up to something genuinely disturbing but it was just kinda lame. This happens with so many horror movies, they just don't know how to end them right
