if dubs, this is the story:
Jonah is a pervert, he enjoys watching his wife (Tilda), having sex with other, darker men.
But one day, she refuses to do so, without an explanation, becomes distant, and in a few days disappears.
We mostly see Tilda in flashbacks, and we never get the complete story, as Jonah adds details piecemeal every time a character asks a question.
Rowan Atkinson is the detective helping him find his wife.
He is a blubbering, mediocre investigator, but every once in a while we see him, in his trenchcoat, smoking a cigarette and making serious remarks, as he's seen a lot of sick shit in his cases, and knows the most depraved aspects of the world.
The fact that he isn't very good means he's also seen a lot of situations ending badly.
He and Jonah going around the dirtiest parts of town is the bulk of the movie, they're the two main characters.
It has a black comedy vibe, but it sometimes gets serious and violent, with Tarantino gorefests and Rowan Atkinson puking his heart out before the bloodiest crime scenes.

Tilda Swinton is killed by Jonah Hill and he walks into Oprah's prison only to discover her having foot sex with Quentin Tarantino.
They have a violent orgy.

Everyone dies and Boyce gets back into acting IRL.

Having accidentally offed Rowan with a ceiling fan, Jonah reaches Swinton's office and has a long drawn out fist fight with Boyce while Swinton and Oprah watch.
